Messages are checked daily, and calls are returned within 1 – 2 business days. If the office has been closed then messages will be answer within 1 week of the return to office date.
All call are returned based on urgency.
If you need immediate assistance or your condition becomes serious, please head to your nearest emergency department, urgent care clinic or call 911.
New consults are booked for 30 minutes and any follow up and post operation appointments are booked for 10 minutes.
You can expect to be in our office for an hour to an hour and a half.
Please note that Dr. Segedi also preforms On-Call Liver Transplant and Endoscopy. This may lead to delays in the clinic.

Another great resource is 'Canada's food guide' which has some great tips for healthy eating as well as recipes.
For adults 18 - 64, to achieve health benefits, adults aged 18 - 64 years should accumulate at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
It is also beneficial to add muscle and bone strengthening activities using major muscle groups, at least 2 days per week.
More physical activity provides greater health benefits.
